Tony Campolo

Dr. Anthony Campolo, commonly known as Tony Campolo, is an American sociologist, commentator, influential pastor, prolific writer and public speaker. He received widespread recognition after he agreed to serve as a spiritual consultant to President Bill Clinton. He has appeared on numerous programs as a guest including Larry King Live, Politically Incorrect, Crossfire and Nightline.
Campolo is against same-sex marriage and abortion. He believes that homosexuality is a sin if practiced, though not as a sexual orientation.
He has authored over 30 books. He is the head of the Red-Letter Christian movement, which expounds on the wisdom of Jesus. Currently, he serves as an associate pastor at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church.
