Eddie Van Halen

Eddie Van Halen was born in Nijmegen. He is a Dutch-born musician, songwriter and producer, who pursued his career in the US. Van Halen is famous as the lead guitarist and co-founder of the hard rock band “Van Halen”.

At the present moment, he is considered one of the world’s greatest guitarists. Furthermore, he is seen as one of the most influential rock guitarists of the past century. Eddie Van Halen has been married to actress Janie Liszewski. Talent is said to stay in the family and in this case the proof is that his son, Wolfgang Van Halen, is also a gifted musician.
