Emeril Lagasse was born in Fall River, Massachusetts. First, he attended culinary school. Afterwards, he opened his first restaurant in New Orleans in 1990. He began appearing on the Food Network and eventually secured his own shows: “Emeril’s Essence” and “Emeril Live”. Aside from his TV appearances, he is famous for building an empire of food products and restaurants.
He has recently started to endorse his line of cookware. Lagasse is a regular guest on “Good Morning America”. He has also written four bestselling cookbooks.
